IMPACT
This performance explored the movement of colour through space. During this production the performers acted as a means of movement for the paint, not as characters.
This piece existed in two forms. Firstly as an installation for the LAUNCH festival - this piece displayed the film of a spaces' aesthetic changes when performers moved with paint within it. Enclosing the film stood the finished product of the films experimentation. This allowed the audience to makes links between the marks made in the film and what was left of it on the walls.

After receiving the feedback from this first iteration a live performance was produced. This piece was presented alongside other scenographically based works.
The final production is shown in full below. Unfortunately at the time I was unable to record any sound. The soundscape was created live by the percussive sounds of the performers moving and by the sound of paint hitting the walls and floor. When paint dripped from above it sounded like heavy rain.
